Up, Up, and Away!

You know that county invitational track meet that Rascal barely qualified for? Well, he won second place in the long jump! He jumped 5'4",a good improvement over the previous meet. I am proud of my little guy, but he was unhappy because he thought he could have done better.



Now, for full disclosure, Rascal got second place because, of the four competitors in his division, one didn't show, one fouled out, and the winner jumped two feet farther than Rascal. But, you know, sometimes life *is* about showing up!
